A theatre performance created for the neurodivergent community, developed in collaboration with my course mates and the English drama interest group, Operation Theatre.

This initiative began from Ms. Samantha Bounaparte, DAEPM’s (formerly DATM) Programme Chair, who was inspired to create theatre for neurodivergent audiences. Actors are specially trained to create a supportive environment where neurodivergent children and adults can enjoy storytelling in a theatre setting.

Operation Theatre is led by Gloria Tan, a director and theatre practitioner with experience in inclusive theatre and productions that explore and dissect social issues. She guides the group in creating accessible, community-focused performances.

Final Year Project - Toby's Journey

Supported the Management Team by preparing and organizing a variety of documents, including detailed rehearsal reports, production notes, and Script updates.

Assisted in maintaining accurate records, tracking updates to documents, and ensuring that all relevant information was readily available with the Stage Manager, overall contributing to the smooth planning and execution of rehearsals and performances.

Toby's Journey at Cerebral Palsy Alliance       Singapore School (CPASS)

Coordinated rehearsals and managed schedules for cast and crew, ensuring everyone was kept informed of any changes or updates. Maintained the prompt book and tracked cues for performances, supporting smooth transitions on stage.

Assisted with organising props, set pieces, and technical equipment, working closely with lighting, sound, and costume teams. Acted as a point of contact between directors, performers, and crew, helping to resolve issues during rehearsals and shows. This experience strengthened my organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Totaling 7 runs, 130 Student audience members and 325 audience outreach.
